This was stated in an explanatory note issued by Kuwait International Airport. Those arriving in Kuwait from abroad must stay in Quarantine for seven days. The quarantine can also be terminated if the PCR test is negative within 3 days of entering the country. The new rule also applies to domestic workers. Officials said domestic workers who have not been vaccinated should register on the Belasalama portal and domestic workers who have been vaccinated do not need to register in Belasalama.

It has been more than a year since Kuwait banned entry to India for travelers. But health workers, their families, domestic workers and diplomats were allowed to enter, but all were denied entry in the wake of the covid outbreak. Under the new rules, Indians can enter Kuwait only after staying in other countries for 14 days.
