Kuwait City: Airlines that bring in foreign passengers who do not follow proper procedures may be fined. According to DGCA sources, the airline will impose a fine of 500 dinars per passenger for violating the instructions.

Under the new travel policy, expatriates will be required to upload their vaccination certificate on the Ministry of Health website and obtain approval. In addition, the Immune app should also show green. However, after the introduction of this travel policy, a small number of non-compliant passengers arrived in Kuwait and many of them were deported.

The DGCA reminded them to make sure that all procedures are followed before getting ready for the trip. The highest number of flights to Kuwait so far have been from Turkey, Dubai, Riyadh and Doha.
