A slice of wedding cake was auctioned off for £1,850 (over ₹1.9 lakh). The cake in question is the wedding cake of Princess Diana and Prince Charles. The slice of cake weighing 28 ounces was from one of the 23 official cakes that were commissioned for the wedding. The piece was given to Moyra Smith, a royal staffer, after the wedding, who preserved it with cling film.
