The UAE Ministry of Interior has established clear guidelines for National Day celebrations to ensure public safety and prevent traffic disruptions during the December 2nd festivities. The regulations emphasize that while all residents including foreigners are welcome to participate, compliance with laws is mandatory.

Key restrictions include:

  • No unauthorized marches, gatherings, or road obstructions

  • No displays of non-UAE flags or unapproved stickers

  • No vehicle decorations that obscure license plates or windows

  • No overcrowding vehicles or dangerous behavior like hanging out windows

  • No foam spray, loud music without permission, or provocative language

  • No improper parking, stunts, or littering from vehicles

Special patrol teams will enforce these rules, with violations resulting in vehicle impoundment and fines. Meanwhile, Dubai Safari Park is celebrating with 50% discounts from November 29 to December 2 and special "United in Nature" programming. The guidelines aim to balance festive celebration with public safety and order.
