COVID VACCINATION REGISTRATION FOR CHILDS BETWEEN AGES OF 3 AND 11 BEGUN IN BAHRAIN

Manama: In Bahrain, registration for the covid vaccine for children between the ages of three and 11 has begun. The vaccine is currently being given to children of this age group who have other illnesses.


Children between the ages of three and 11 will be given two doses of synoform wax. Children with respiratory diseases, heart disease, diabetes, obesity, cancer, Down syndrome and other genetic disorders can register for the vaccine. Registration is through the Ministry of Health website healthalert.gov.bh.

All children between the ages of 12 and 17 can register for vaccination. They can take the Pfizer bioentech vaccine or the synoform vaccine. Registration can be done through the Ministry of Health website or through the BeAware mobile application. Vaccination requires the permission of the child's legal parent. The official said that an adult should be present with the children when they come to get the vaccine.
