Kuwait City: The United States has thanked countries including Kuwait for assisting in the evacuation of U.S. citizens from Kabul, Afghanistan. Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the UAE, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Kazakhstan, Turkey, the UK and Uzbekistan have all co-operated in relocating U.S. citizens, U.S. State Department spokeswoman Ned Price said. The US Secretary of State thanked the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister over the phone.
