HAVANA SYNDROME DELAYS KAMALA HARRIS' TRIP TO VIETNAM

US Vice-President Kamala Harris was affected by Havana syndrome and was forced to delay her trip to Vietnam. It was first reported in Havana in 2016 by Us diplomats. Those affected were reported of hearing piercing sounds and experiencing odd physical sensations, nausea and headache during the time.
 National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine proposed Havana Syndrome was caused by a directed, pulsed radiofrequency energy device.
