SCHOOL FEE WAIVER WITHDRAWN, PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN KUWAIT MAY CHARGE FULL FEE

Kuwait City: The Ministry of Education has announced that private schools in Kuwait will not be exempted from fees in the new academic year. In the covid context, students were earlier given up to 25 per cent fee waiver. The decision was taken by the Minister of Education, Dr. Announced by Ali Al Mudaf. 


The schools that were initially closed by covid will reopen after about a year and a half. The school will operate under strict standards. Regular classes in schools will begin on September 26th. There should be a maximum of 20 children in a class. Seating should be kept at a distance of 2 m between children. The use of masks and sanitizers should not be compromised, officials said.
