Kuwait City: The Civil Aviation Authority of Pakistan (CAA) has warned Kuwait that it will impose restrictions on Kuwait Airways and Jazeera Airways. Kuwait Airways and Jazeera Airways have been warned to suspend control of Pakistan International Airlines by October 1 if they do not comply.

The PCAA has announced that it will cut a weekly service of Kuwait Airlines. Pakistan has also warned that it has the power to impose a complete ban on Kuwaiti airlines. Kuwait has banned Pakistani airlines from May 2021.

According to the flight schedule, Kuwait Airways currently operates two flights from Kuwait to Islamabad and Lahore. As the number of cases in Pakistan continues to decline, the flag carrier has sought permission to resume operations in Kuwait, but to no avail, the Town Newspaper reported.
