TRAVELLERS FULLY VACCINATED WITH COVAXIN CAN ENTER US FROM NOVEMBER 8

Travellers completely vaccinated against Covid-19 with Covaxin have been given the go-ahead to enter the US from November 8. 

Conversing with ANI over refreshing the supported travel list for Covaxin, CDC press official, Scott Pauley said, "CDC's movement direction applies to FDA endorsed or approved and WHO Emergency Use Listing antibodies and incorporates any new immunizations that might be added to both of those rundowns over the long run." 

The latest possible moment expansion comes short of what multi week before the US dispatches its new travel framework, which awards section to unfamiliar explorers who have gotten an immunization that has been endorsed for crisis use by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or WHO. 

The US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on Wednesday acknowledged the World Health Organisation's (WHO) granting emergency use listing (EUL) to India's indigenous vaccine Covaxin, developed by Bharat Biotech.
