SEVERAL DOZENS OF PEOPLE, INCLUDING CHILDREN, WERE KILLED IN A BUS FIRE IN BULGARIA

According to local officials, at least 46 people died when a bus crashed and caught fire in western Bulgaria. The accident occurred on a highway near the village of Bosnek, south-west of Sofia, at around 02:00 local time (00:00 GMT). The crash and fire are being investigated. According to local media, it may have collided with a curb or a guardrail.
Burns were reported on seven people who were taken to the hospital.
