DUBAI IS THE MOST INNOVATIVE ARAB CITY

Dubai: According to the latest edition of the Dubai Innovation Index, Dubai is the most innovative city in the Arab world.


The city will remain 20th in the world in 2020, according to the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, which released the index on Wednesday at the 12th World Chambers Congress in Dubai.

The index report examined 39 cities, including seven new additions.

According to Hamad Buamim, president and CEO of the Dubai Chamber, Dubai's performance in the latest edition of the index reflects the city-ability state's to deliver innovation-driven development in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai.
