kuwait : Following the emergence of the novel mutant "Omicron," Kuwait's Minister of Health, Sheikh Dr. Basil Al-Sabah, made a ministerial resolution restricting entry to non-Kuwaitis from nine African countries.Non-Kuwaitis from the following countries (South Africa - Namibia - Botswana - Zimbabwe - Mozambique - Lesotho - Eswatini - Zambia - Malawi) are not allowed to enter the country unless they have lived outside those countries for at least 14 days.Citizens arriving from the countries listed in Article One are subjected to an institutional quarantine for seven days, with a PCR examination performed upon arrival and again on the sixth day.The case will be presented to the Honorable Council of Ministers for information, with the concerned authorities being assigned to carry out the decision's provisions - each within their own authority.
