Sheikh Duaij Al Khalifa Al Sabah, a well-known Kuwaiti lyricist and composer, dies at the age of 50

Sheikh Duaij Al Khalifa Al Sabah, a well-known Kuwaiti lyricist and composer, died on Saturday morning in Kuwait, according to Al Qabas newspaper. He was 50 years old at the time. The poet was mourned by Kuwait's Emiri Diwan, who announced that his body would be interred in the afternoon.


Sheikh Duaij, who was born on February 10, 1971, is the grandson of Kuwait's late Emir, Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah. He graduated from Kuwait University with a BA in Political Science and is well-known for“Abo Sarah In The Building (2009),” “I Am Not To Blame (2020)”, and “The Difficult Mission (2021)”.
