Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has introduced special marine transport services for New Year's Eve celebrations, with bookings now open for Dubai Ferry, Abra, and Water Taxi services. The ferries will depart between 10:00 PM and 10:30 PM on December 31st from three marine stations - Dubai Marina Mall, Al Ghubaiba, and Bluewaters - returning by 1:30 AM after the celebrations.
Ticket pricing is set at 350 dirhams for Silver Class and 525 dirhams for Gold Class, with 50% discounts for children aged 2-10 and free entry for those under 2. Water Taxis accommodating 20 people can be fully booked for 3,750 dirhams from Dubai Marina Mall station, while Abra services from four locations including Al Fahidi and Jaddaf will charge 150 dirhams per person. The services are designed to provide optimal viewing of Dubai's renowned New Year's Eve fireworks and celebrations from the water.
