A massive traffic crackdown has resulted in the issuance of 2,840 citations

KUWAIT CITY : According to Al-Rai daily, during a three-hour traffic campaign launched by the Technical Inspection Department of the General Traffic Department in the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, Kabd, and Shuwaikh industrial areas, security authorities issued 2,840 citations to motorists because their vehicles lacked security and road durability.

According to the daily, 8 security teams, including officers, soldiers, and engineers, participated in the campaign, which was organised on the direct orders of the Traffic Sector Undersecretary, Major-General Jamal Al-Sayegh, and in the presence of the Director of the Technical Inspection Department, Colonel Mishaal Al-Suwaiji.
