Rain and fog reduce vision; the weather is cold and rainy here

KUWAIT CITY: The Kuwaiti Meteorological Department confirmed that the country will continue to be impacted by the seasonal depression's extension, which will be accompanied by a humid air mass and a deep depression in the upper layers of the atmosphere, resulting in the proliferation of low, medium, and sometimes convective clouds, sporadic rains, and a noticeable decrease in horizontal visibility due to fog. Abdulaziz Al-Qarawi, the administration's weather prediction monitor, told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the depression will progressively dissipate by the end of Thursday, reducing the possibilities of rain.
