THE WEDDING OF NEW ZEALAND PRIME MINISTER JACINDA ARDERN HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO OMICRON WAVE

Jacinda Ardern, the Prime Minister of New Zealand, has cancelled her wedding after the announcement of new Covid restrictions. Following an outbreak of the Omicron variety, the entire country is scheduled to be placed under the most stringent Covid restrictions. The limits include a cap of 100 vaccinated attendees at events and the wearing of masks in stores and on public transportation. In New Zealand, there have been 15,104 Covid cases and 52 deaths. Ms Ardern told reporters her wedding to television host Clarke Gayford will be called off.
