A SWIMMER IS KILLED BY A SHARK IN SYDNEY FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1963

According to Australian officials, a swimmer died after suffering "catastrophic injuries" in the first fatal shark attack in Sydney since 1963. On Wednesday afternoon, emergency personnel were dispatched to Little Bay beach near Malabar, where human remains were discovered in the water, according to authorities. The victim has not been identified by authorities in New South Wales, but an inquiry is underway. Little Bay, as well as a number of other neighbouring beaches, are now closed.
