KUWAIT AFFIRMS FOOD SAFETY

Kuwait City: Hayam Al-Khudair, director of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Social Affairs' Cooperative Societies Development Department, reassured Kuwaitis regarding food security on Wednesday, adding that the country's stores are stocked with food.


She stated in a press statement issued during a tour of the Al-Zahra Cooperative Society's food security system team that the tour's goal was to monitor the food situation and take all necessary steps to improve, safeguard, and sustain it.
