WITH REOPENING OF SCHOOLS, TRAFFIC CONGESTION ON KUWAIT'S ROAD WILL WORSEN

Kuwait City: The opening of schools today after the summer vacation will increase the traffic on the roads. According to reports, many foreign schools are starting their classes today after summer vacation.


Sources indicated that all preparations for admitting students in foreign schools for the new academic year have been completed. However, reports indicate that lack of human resources, especially lack of school bus driver and cleaners, hampers smooth functioning of some schools.

Reports also indicated that some foreign schools were forced to increase the capacity of their buses from 20 to 30 passengers as a temporary measure until additional drivers are available.
