With the 30th season of Global Village opening on October 15, 2025, Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is resuming four dedicated luxury bus routes to serve visitors. The routes will connect major transport hubs across the city to the entertainment destination, with Route 103 from Union Square offering the most frequent service every 40 minutes. The other routes from Rashidiya, Al Ghubaiba, and Mall of the Emirates stations will run at 60-minute intervals.
In addition to the bus services, the RTA is also reintroducing electric abra rides within Global Village itself. Two of these traditional-style boats, powered by electricity, will be available for tourists to use, adding to the cultural experience and providing a convenient way to navigate the park's waterways.
The resumption of these services comes as the popular attraction prepares to welcome visitors back. The previous season set a record with 10.5 million visitors, and the RTA's initiatives are designed to ensure convenient and comfortable travel for the millions of residents and tourists expected to attend the new season.
