FOREIGN MINISTER OF KUWAIT JOINS US INDEPENDENCE PARTY

Kuwait City: Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the foreign minister of Kuwait, attended a celebration of Independence Day on Tuesday at the American Embassy in Kuwait. Sheikh Salem delivered a speech in which he offered his heartfelt congratulations to the US leadership, government, and people on this important occasion and wished the strong ties and strategic partnership between the two friendly nations continued progress and prosperity. 

Sheikh Salem commended the 61-year diplomatic ties between Kuwait and the US, and the 31-year relations of liberating Kuwait. He stressed the depth of these relations in all fields and on all levels in a growing way, which archives common interests of the two countries and their peoples.
