Domestic workers can complain via online

Kuwait, Jan 4: The Public Authority for Manpower has enabled receiving all complaints related to domestic workers through the “online” system.

An official source in the authority said that 6 complaints services were made available to domestic workers through the automated system, including the registration of “an employer’s complaint against an office, or from an office against an employer, in addition to issuing a clearance and extending the worker’s stay with him, registering the complaint and allowing him to register a complaint against an office or office.” Employer, and making available a transfer request from one employer to another after reviewing the complaints.
