Philippine embassy working to bring home remains of murdered Filipina

Kuwait City, Jan 26: Efforts are being made by the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait to return the body of the 35-year-old Filipina domestic worker who was allegedly murdered by her employer's 17-year-old son. On Wednesday, the embassy announced that it was working with the Kuwaiti government to arrange for Jullebee Ranara's remains to be released right away and returned to her family in the Philippines, as well as for the case to be resolved quickly.

The Embassy and Kuwait's Filipino community offered their deepest condolences to the family of the late Ms Ranalla.The burnt dead body of Ranara was discovered by the Kuwaiti police at Salmi, Al-Jarah Governorate on Jan 21.
