Kuwait City, Jan 26: Hundreds of people participated in the Republic Day celebrations at the Indian Embassy in Kuwait.The festivities were launched by Indian Ambassador Adarsh Swaika by laying flowers at the Gandhi statue in the courtyard of the embassy. At 9 o'clock the Ambassador hoisted the flag and read the President's Republic message. The Ambassador greeted all the Indians in Kuwait on the occasion. Despite it being a working day, numerous individuals traveled from various locations in Kuwait to the Indian Embassy.The tricolor flag was carried by members of the expatriate community, including young and old people, during the Republic Day celebrations.The patriotic songs and the Bora community's band performance graced the occasion.
