530 deportees tried to enter the country

Kuwait City, Jan 27: Security sources revealed the arrest of 530 expatriates who tried to enter the country through Kuwait Airport, despite their deportation in previous years due to various cases.The sources told Al-Qabas those arrested tried to enter the country again with forged passports, after they assumed fake names, but the fingerprint device or the so-called "deportee detection device" caught them and sent them back to their country again. 

This device, since its installation in March 2011, has stopped attempts to enter thousands of deportees into the country and revealed their plans. The sources pointed out that these arrested 410 men and 120 women, the majority of them are of Asian nationalities, and tried to enter at separate times during 2022.
