Three successful complex hernia repairs at Al- Sabah hospital

Kuwait City, Jan 28: Dr. Muhammad Al-Sulaimi, a specialist in general surgery at Al-Sabah Hospital, successfully performed three complex and large hernia repairs using the "component separation method". Al-Sulaimi said three late middle-aged patients underwent three operations.

Al-Sulaimi stated that the patients were reviewed after two weeks and everything proved to be excellent, indicating that these complex operations were usually performed outside Kuwait or through a visiting surgeon because these are very complex operations. "At Al-Sabah Hospital, we have modern technologies that enable us to perform such operations," he added.
