Kuwait to witness 266,000 arriving and departing passengers on National holidays

Kuwait City, Feb 21: Kuwait International Airport expects a large number of passengers during national holidays, with an estimated number of  departing and arriving passengers around 266,000.Mansour Al-Hashemi, director of operations at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, said full preparations for the national holiday travel season have been concluded. There will be 1975 flights overall, including 990 departing and 985 arriving.

There are 50 regular flights plus additional flights that are added in accordance with travel policies, increasing capacity in response to passenger reservations, and airline operating requests. Teams of employees from the operations department who will have some responsibility for dealing with passengers have been distributed.
