Civil Service Bureau sets flexible working hours in holy month

Kuwait City, March 15: While the Civil Service Bureau issued a decision specifying the official working hours in government agencies during Ramadan with the flexible working hours system. The adoption of this system, permanently throughout the days of the year, depends on the success of the experiment during the blessed month.

The Chief of the Bureau, Dr. Essam Al-Rubaian, announced that the official flexible working hours, from Sunday to Thursday of each week during the month of Ramadan, will be four and a half hours per day, according to three timings. The first is from 9:45 in the morning until 2:15 in the afternoon. The second is from 10:15 in the morning until 2:45 in the afternoon, and the third is from 10:45 in the morning until 3:15 in the afternoon.
