Expenses of Kuwaiti family during Ramadan is twice the salary

Kuwait City, March 30: Consumer behavior consultant Salah Al-Jimaz revealed that the expenses of the Kuwaiti family during Ramadan this year is twice the salary.

Al-Jimaz explained that the continued rise in prices causes Ramadan expenses each year to be more expensive and due to inflation Kuwaiti family almost consumes more than usual. Al-Jimaz stated that the other expenses are related to the preparation of the house, kitchen maintenance, or buying new household utensils, in addition to Ramadan gifts, shortages, and holidays.
