Public Authority for Manpower received 37,000 labor complaints in 2022

Kuwait City, March 30: The Public Authority for Manpower received 37,000 labor complaints over the past year, approximately 12,000 of which relate to transfer disputes from one employer to another. The authority is on the verge of a series of procedures for restructuring the procedures for transferring employment within the private sector and between employers, in a way that guarantees the right of the worker and the employer.

According to a report on the numbers of violators from the campaign of Article 18 “the private sector”, last year witnessed an increase in the total number of violators in this private sector to about 30,000 violators.
