Kuwait City: The Kuwaiti Progressive Movement criticized the decision to impose fees on blood bags for expatriates, stressing the rejection of discrimination between patients and the commodification of health services.The movement considered that the decision to impose fees on residents in exchange for obtaining blood bags represents an unacceptable evasion of commitment to the rules of medical ethics.
