Russian governor: A sabotage group crossed Russian border

A "sabotage and reconnaissance group" from Ukraine crossed the border on Monday to launch an attack according to the governor of Russia's Belgorod region. Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reported that three people had been hurt, and that three residences and one office building had also been damaged.
According to Ukrainian presidential advisor Mykhailo Podolyak the attack was carried out by Russian anti-Kremlin guerrilla groups, and Kyiv had "nothing to do" with it.
