Minister Al-Aiban says Kuwait has sufficient rice for an entire year

Muhammad Othman Al-Aiban, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Minister of State for Youth Affairs, has reassured the populace about the availability of rice in the nation. He claimed that Kuwait has a sufficient amount of rice on hand right now to meet the country's needs for an entire year. Therefore, the Indian government's decision to prohibit rice exports won't have any negative effects on the populace and won't stop the Kuwait Catering Company from receiving the additional rice shipments it has ordered.
