The Court of Appeal upheld the ruling of the Court of First Instance to dismiss the criminal case against the most dangerous Kuwaiti hacker, who is 28 years old. He is accused of hacking 200 secret American government websites, including the Ministry of Defense, and displaying confidential information to others.
He is accused of seizing the funds of subscribers to websites 13 years ago, which exposed Kuwait’s relationship with an ally.
The accused had previously been arrested in London and was extradited to Kuwait.
