The Court of Cassation upheld the execution of a culprit who killed his sister and her fetus in the intensive care unit of Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital. The court also supported the imprisonment of the second brother, 15 years old, on charges of attempted murder by shooting her before admitting her to the hospital.
The incident, which occurred in September 2020, involved a tragic murder at Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital in Kuwait. A woman in her thirties was fatally shot by her younger brother, who gained access to her care room and committed the heinous act. It was revealed that the victim had previously been shot by her other brother just two days prior to her death.
