Kuwaiti Court Clears Fake Doctor of Sexual Assault Charges

  • 14/01/2025

A court in Kuwait has acquitted a fake doctor accused of sexually assaulting three people. The defendant was charged with impersonating a doctor and practicing medicine without a license, in addition to the sexual assault allegations.

The case against the defendant relied heavily on the testimonies of the three victims.
The court concluded that the evidence presented was insufficient to support the charges, leading to the defendant's acquittal. This verdict raises questions about the handling of impersonation and sexual assault cases in Kuwait, particularly in medical settings.
