Kuwait's Ministry of Interior has announced the arrest of an Asian expatriate in the Al-Manqaf area for possession of a large quantity of narcotics intended for trafficking. The seizure included 6 kilograms of pure heroin and 4 kilograms of pure crystal methamphetamine, with an estimated street value of 170,000 Kuwaiti dinars.

Investigations revealed that the suspect was taking instructions from accomplices outside Kuwait. He used a sophisticated method to receive the drugs, relying on location tracking through a social media application to find pre-determined drop points.

The Ministry confirmed that the accused and the confiscated drugs have been handed over to the relevant legal authority. It reiterated its commitment to intensifying security campaigns against drug trafficking and called on the public to report any suspicious activities through official channels.
