Kuwait City: The Ministry of interior decided to clarify about the issues concerning tranfer of residence.It also have shown a possibility of tranfering the visa to dependent visa under Article 22 after studying each applications.The Ministry also stated that inorder to apply for the transfer of residency,the applicant must visit the General administration of residency affairs.
