Woman Accused Of Killing Her Husband Referred For Mental Checkup

Kuwait City : Kuwaiti woman who is accused of killing her husband in their apartment in Al-Masayel area, referred for Mental Checkup by the Criminal Court. The Criminal court has ordered  to assess her mental state at the time of committing the crime. Lawyer Ibrahim Al-Kandari, the attorney for the plaintiff stated that he has requested the court for a statement from the forensic doctor to detail about the injuries mentioned in the forensic report. Also he added that he inspected a  large travel bag found inside the victim's apartment that had traces of blood.
