Kuwait City : A Kuwaiti and a bedoun was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department for stealing a bicycle from the house of a Kuwaiti. As per reports, the suspects have admitted to committing 35 cases in the governorates of Hawalli, Farwaniya during the interrogation. But then only five cases were reported to the police station in the area. The authorities said that most of the people preferred not to file complaints because they felt it as a waste of time or the stolen items were not expensive. The suspects were arrested after the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior received a call from one of the building guards that a woman was caught for stealing a bicycle. During the investigation, the suspect said that her bedoun boyfriend who is a drug addict wanted money to buy drugs and added that he was waiting for her at the corner of a building.
