Kuwait City : As per reports, the Directorate General of Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Interior Ministry said police have arrested an unidentified expatriate for collecting money from drivers behind the Ministry of Information building. The arrest came after someone took the man's picture and posted it in the social media. The suspect is referred for deportation.
