A Kuwaiti And Four Egyptians Sentenced To 15 Years Imprisonment

Kuwait City : As per reports, the Court of Appeals sentenced a Kuwaiti lawyer and four Egyptian employees to 15 years in prison for kidnapping, beating, theft, confinement of freedom and impersonation of a detective. According to the case report, the victim lawyer had accused his colleague of sending four of his office employees and representatives to capture him outside his office building. Then they took him in their vehicle where they abused and beat him while he was handcuffed. The defendants were referred to trial on charges related to kidnapping, beating, theft, confinement  of freedom and impersonation of a detective. One of the defendant denied the accusation but the rest of his accomplices first confessed to it but later denied it.
