Kuwaiti Acquitted Of Stealing Car

Kuwait City : As per reports, the Misdemeanor Section in the Court of Appeals upheld the ruling of a lower court that acquitted a citizen of stealing the vehicle of his neighbor's daughter. The citizen was accused of putting the plate number of the supposedly stolen vehicle on his car to hide his identity.  The complainant said that her car broke down so she left it in front of her father's house. But she didn't find the car when she returned to her father's house after one week. The reports of the investigations showed that the defendant stole the car, but denied it.
