More Than 2 Million Residency Visa Transactions Were Done Online

Kuwait City : As per reports, the Ministry Of Interior announced that 2190642 transactions related to residency visa transactions were processed through MoI's online website since the date the was launched. In a statement, the General Administration of Security Relations and Media at the ministry stated that the total number of appointments registered to complete the transactions at the site was 59136 transactions. The new measures were taken as a response to the current conditions affecting the country in the face of the spread of the coronavirus with the aim to implement health requirements to preserve the safety and health of citizens and expats. Earlier, on November, MoI stated an online page for booking appointments for residency visa violators to amend their status was started on its website.
