Kuwait City:Dr Ahmed Al-Mandhari, Director of World Health Organisation for East Mediterranean region confirmed that the requirement of travelers to present a Covid negative certificate have postponed .The statement was reported by a national daily.He revealed that the statement was based on the recommendation of the emergency committee .Dr Ahmed Al- Mandhari explained that the committee recommended that countries not require travelers to present proof of vaccination certificates came,as the effect of vaccines in limiting the level of transmission is unknown and they are limited in the quantities currently required.
