GLOBAL CORRUPTION PERCEPTIONS INDEX: KUWAIT SURPASSED ARAB COUNTRIES

 Kuwait City:Transparency International released its Global Corruption Perceptions Index 2020 .Kuwait is ranked 78th in the world, surpassing seven other countries.Kuwait was ranked 85th out of 180 countries in the previous year, seventh place  in Arab countries.And thus Kuwait  has scored 2 points more than last year and has scored 42 out of 100.Majeed al-Muthairi, head of the Kuwait Transparency Society, said the Covid 19 epidemic had weakened corruption globally.He said the index was focused on the transparency of countries in dealing with democracy and the pandemic
