MURDER OF PHILIPPINO WOMAN: PHILIPPINE EMBASSY FIRM AGAINST BLOOD MONEY

The embassy of the Philippines in Kuwait stands strong in its decision of not to negotiate regarding the black money in the murder case of Filipino domestic worker Padernal Vilavende. According to the reports, the the Filipino woman was tortured to death by her female employer due to jealousy, on December 28, 2019.The Kuwaitt criminal court issued a verdict the following year,  sentencing  the female employee to death by hanging.

The Ambassador of the Philippines in Kuwait said that they pursued death sentence against the employer and that's what they wanted is death for death ,life for life and blood for blood and thus rejected the blood money . Recent days the foreign Affairs secretary Theodorl loxsin instructed The ambassador to block an alleged attempt to pay of the mother of the Filipino women as justice matters more. He also instructed to ensure that the death sentence on Vilavende's employer would be carried out.
