90% OF STORES TO HAVE NEW TIMINGS IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City :Ahmed Al Manfouhi, Director General of the Kuwait Municipality, said that 90% of shops are following the new timings. Meanwhile, food outlets, pharmacies and medical distribution centers have been excluded from this. The Director General said that the activities of salons, beauty parlors and sports and health clubs have been suspended.. It is also proposed to close all commercial establishments from 8:00 pm to 5 am.

 Customers should be prevented from eating directly at Restaurants,  and should be restricted to providing alternative delivery services. Teams of security officers have been tasked with overseeing field tours to ensure owners comply with instructions and decisions. Those who do not comply with the instructions will face heavy fines. He also issued circulars to the administrative units in various areas of the municipality to strictly enforce preventive measures against the spread of corona virus.
